Wolves are believed to be close to completing the loan signing of Nigel Quashie from West Ham United.

The 30-year-old midfielder has just returned to The Hammers after a two month loan spell at Midlands rivals Birmingham City.

Should Quashie complete a proposed season long loan deal then he will become Wolves' second capture of the week from West Ham following Kyel Reid into Molineux.
